Subbed butter for the margarine (not a fan of margarine). And used chicken stock vs. broth to lower the sodium count. Delicious.
This was fantastic!! I served it over some smart choice pasta, a filling meal under 400 calories! This one's a keeper!
This recipe is fantastic...warm and satisfying. I must admit though I use butter (everything in it's purest form - not into over processing) same calorie & overall fat count, granted the saturated fat content is higher but for me it's worth it...I serve with wilted baby spinach.
