I substituted the flour with whole wheat flour, sugar with brown sugar and used egg whites instead. Very good!
Great! I used egg beaters instead of an egg, and used Splenda instead of sugar, turned out great! A little more dense than regular banana bread but still so yummy!
what can i put in place of walnuts?
can i use a sugar substitute like splenda?
