Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this last night for my family and everyone loved it. It is a bit salty but very satisfying. I added a little bit more rice, some parsley and some scallions to make it a bit more hearty.
the sodium was off the charts, but it did taste good. I added snap peas to mine, for more veggies!
This could be lower in sodium by using either or a combination of Herb Ox SODIUM FREE broth boullions or 50% LESS lower sodium broth, also use the LOWER sodium 98% Fat Free condensed Cream of Chicken soup. It does look really good, will try.
How could I cut the sodium?? This is wayyy much for us..
