Yummy but some measurements would have been helpful. None of the ingredients have measurements so you have to guess. Even the serving size is a non-specific "1 serving" measurement. Kinda makes it hard to cook and track the calories Submitted by:

I omitted the pkg taco season and used the homemade seasoning suggested by another member. Also omitted the black olives, and added an extra can of rot tel tomatoes with lime, and also added about 3/4 cup of brown sugar served with rice and tortilla wraps. Very good! Submitted by:

I make a version of this regularly. My subs: no salt tomatoes, pre-soaked dried beans, fresh onion, jalapeno/poblano pepper, my spice mix (no salt added - chili powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, etc). I also like to add a can of no salt corn when I shred the chicken and cook for about 1hr more Submitted by:

This is a favorite of ours. Put it in the crock pot and just enjoy . I make brown rice to go with it. Sometimes we have it with low fat cheese or sour cream in top. I add cumin and cilantro. Great for leftovers! Submitted by:

I used home made taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes and chili's. I only cooked it for 6 hrs. It was amazing. I thought the 6 servings sizes were a little big I had 8 fat free tortillas and it filled all of them. I had about 2 servings extra. Making total or 10 servings which makes it only 132 cals Submitted by:

Very good and the hubby loved it too. I used two cans of rotel instead of the separate tomatoes and chiles. I also used 2 cans of canned chicken breast since I didn't have any chicken breast on hand. So my version had more calories, around 325 calories for a 275g serving. Submitted by:
