Good, but with the poultry seasoning, we don't need any more salt... I cut it out and it was still very good. I also cut the oil in half :-)
This was really good. I put some red potatoes in with the pork chops and they were really great. They absorbed the juices..yummy. It was a bit saltier than I had expected- even using the low sodium broth.
