I'm eating this RIGHT NOW! Soooo good. I used to make a similar Rachael Ray recipe with turkey cutlets. This is just as good and so much healthier. I served it on top of a HUGE bed of spinach. Next time, I'll double the sauce (worth the few extra calories) and add some capers :)
