Pretty tasty! I seasoned up the chicken with salt, pepper, and assorted spices. I had to cook it for longer about an hour and 15 minutes total, it was still a little soupy on the bottom, but the rice got done. I put some plain Greek yogurt on top and had some sliced avacado on the side. Yum!
