I think the calories are off as well. I think a can of slimfast (depending on flavor) is 180 or 190 calories then you add one banana (roughly 110 cals)
instead of slim fast, use carnation instant breakfast mix. Its much cheaper, tastes better, has more vitamins than slim fast and half the calories
The calorie amount seems off, I think it is less calories not sure though what do others think?
