I think I would want to trade out the mayo also. Even tho there's a lot of fiber, that's a lot of fat. It sounds like a great way to get more fruit tho.
I love this - I like a fat free raspberry dressing with mine.
Dip the apple slices in lemon juice and they will not turn brown. Fat free plain yogurt in place of the mayo and you have a very good salad.
This sounds wonderful, except I'd substitute the mayo for any other type of dressing (fat free Miracle Whip, calorie free dressings, etc.) to cut fat and calories.
