Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used four 4oz chicken beasts and just enough water to boil them well. 2 large carrots sliced. I didn't have celery on hand but I'll use 2 stalks next time. It took 5 Jumbo biscuits. Served 4 so the actual calorie count came to 350 per serving which is still great for a family dinner! The only thin
biscuit" dough" is the same as what is called "flour dumplings". Homemeade: mix a little flour, water, salt together using a spoon to mold it until it comes together. You can either tear off a mall piece by hand (or cut through the dough with a spoon) and drop it the stew and cook throroughly
Sounds yummy, but it is hard to get an an accurate calorie count when reproducing it, without measurememnts/amounts of ingredients. I will give it try.
How do you make low carb biscuits for the dumplings? I am wondering if there is a substitute that I could make that is less carbs than the ingredient that is recommended.
Thank you !
