I also add a graham cracker crumbled a sugar free yogurt (Dulce de leche is good) and pineapples. It's great and just about 5 points on weight watchers
This is great....I have it probably 3 or 4 times a week. I used Hershey's Special Dark Syrup...tried the sugar free...but that tasted bad. So, now I use the one with sugar...about 2 T. and i also use Redi Whip fat free whipped cream...I might go a little nuts with that...but still, it's healthy.
This is awesome treat!!! Curbs that sweet craving for little calories THANKS!! Even my only real banana split husband liked them :)
This is a great idea. Instead of chocolate syrup, I used strawberry banana yogurt with fat free whipped cream. I topped it all off with roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds. Very good! When I ran out of bananas, I also tried with blueberries as the base. This is a great way to get fruit intake!
i used the frozenl fat free cool whip and it was wonderful!
I like to add strawberries to this. Sometimes I freeze 1 TBSP cool whip, then add 1/2 small banana and a few really sweet strawberries (if not sweet, add a LITTLE sugar then wait a few minutes), another TBSP regular temperature cool whip, then sugar free syrup, and we're good to go!
Wow! So simple but so satisfyingly tasty. Hubby and I just started to try once again to eat healthier and lose more weight and this fills the sweet tooth with some nutrition. Thanks for posting this recipe!
I make this alot for a snack. I will also add fat-free chocolate pudding. Strawberries or mixed frozen berries tastes really good too!
Absolute incredible for a dessert. As I am on a diet,
I used low fat low sugar strawberry yogurt instead of whip cream for myself, two toddlers (each getting a half) and my "little sister". Kids absolutely love this recipe and gobbled it up pretty quick...so did I.
And now Hershey's makes lite syrup, for even fewer calories!
I do this, too (but I use a LOT more whipped cream :) I also like to add a no-sugar added chocolate pudding in instead of the syrup for a really creamy treat!
