this is definately on my regular rotation. the hubby and i loved it. the tomatoes were a great touch and really cut the acidity of the vinegar. even though i'm full, i still want more! do be aware that the nutrition facts are for 2 servings, so halve them if you only eat 1 chicken breast half.
