This was DELICIOUS! And ridiculously easy to make. Really satisfied my craving for restaurant chicken strips, but without all the grease and fat. I didn't have any honey mustard dressing, so as suggested by another user I combined 2 tbsp of honey with 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard, and it tasted GREAT!
