this is really good like a light cheesecake except I used only the eggs whites and a little (1/8th of a tsp) of lemon extract, and left out the cinnamon and nutmeg, although next time I think I'll use some rum extract and cinnamon and nutmeg for a eggnog flavor, very yummy, high in protein.
