Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Substituting Greek yogurt for the olive oil was a great idea, cutting the fat content (still some healthy fats from tahini) and adding protein. I made a very small batch using just black beans, so maybe it's not technically a hummus anymore, but it does work nicely as a dip.
