YUMMO! VERY good. I didn't have veggie stock, so I added 1 1/2 cups juice and 1/2 cup water (and a pinch of salt) and a can of fire roasted tomatoes. REALLY good - hubby was 4 bites into it before he believed there was no meat!! I definitely recommend this one :)
