I stopped eating lamb because I was sure it was high fat and somehow bad for you! SO happy I tried this recipe. The lamb came out tender with a little crisp round the edges and simple but flavourful. Lovely, thanks for sharing! I will definitely do this again. Very yummy AND healthy!
I first sprayed the chops with olive oil then drizzled some lemon juice on them. I then did a dry rub with oregano, salt and pepper. They were placed a food saver container then marinated for a few hours. They were grilled per recipe and total yum when they were done.
