All I can say is wow wow wow! I have made turkey burgers before but this recipe is awesome. The minced mushrooms keep the burgers from drying out and the onions, soup mix, and worcestershire sauce give this so much flavor. I halved the soup mix to cut down on the sodium content--still amazing!
