Loved this salad. Loved that it needs no dressing and that it keeps in the refrigerator until you're want more.
I skipped the onions and cilantro since I don't like either one raw.

Jicama is awesome! This salad is fantastic, I omitted the Cilantro, black pepper, and only used a pinch of salt. Jicama is very versatile and refreshing. My mouth is watering.
