Yum! I make this all the time, though switch in whole wheat flour and drop the salt... but I use the traditional (and less healthy!) method of 2 tbps butter in the pan. I love it moist in the middle--the eggy texture is like a popover. I used to eat it with lots of butter on top...I know better now!
took it out right at 20 mins and it was perfect! but every oven is different! i topped it with a mixture of melted butter and brown sugar because i was out of syrup and it was so yummy!!
