This is good. We've made it twice. A little salty tasting though.
I was drawn to this recipe by it's low sodium and calorie count. I avoid freid food so I dipped chicken in egg white before coating and then baked at 350 on a Pam sprayed, foil covered baking sheet till done. Tasty.
