I also added olive oil before baking and sprinkled with oregano and salt and pepper with the basil. Then I heated a drained can of diced tomatoes with 2 tsp. of minced garlic and added sour cream right before adding it to the fish. Very versatile basic recipe! Good with Orzo or AngelHair!
