Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I substituted 1/4 c applejuice for the apple sauce and used white sugar instead. I also added 1/4 c walnuts, and dried cranberries. I used apple cider vinegar instead of white.
This muffins are sooooo good! They are really moist and so tasty it's hyard to believe they're low in calories and fat! I make a batch every couple of weeks
I really liked the use of Fiber One, Splenda, egg whites, and applesauce. This a healthy tasty breakfast food.
