Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Awesome! Love the calorie savings while still getting the taste of having guacamole. Used this on Chicken Fajitas, and by using FF Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, skipping the cheese and loading up on veggies, this cucumber and avacado salad makes the perfect healthy Fajita!
I love guacamole but hate how quickly the calories add up-- cucumbers are a great solution! I didn't have the Lawry's so I did my usual lime juice/serrano pepper/cilantro mix, and I misread the recipe and used two avocados. I'll keep playing around with it, but I think this is a keeper! Thanks JUD
