This is AWESOME!!! I sprayed a little I can't believe it's not butter spray on it before adding the Splenda and instead of the FIber One I put some natural granola on the top. Tastes great and sooooo easy!
Well here is a dessert low in everything and so terribly easy it makes you want to cry. Nutritional, and cheap, too. Carbs might be a little high; I would go for half at one time, leaving the other half for snack or later meal.
