Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I have been making this recipe since the book first came out. I am not a soup eater, but this one is fantastic; quick, easy, and healthy. Also, you can't beat the calorie count! I want to add that the soup pictured looks nothing like what I make. There are beans, which is not in the recipe.
This is one of my favorite fat flush recipes. We love this soup on a cold, blustery day.
Thhis really helps me stay within my calorie range! It satisfies my hunger and tastes yummy! I use turkey also.
