Sounds great, but use with calorie caution. I did a makeover on this to substitute fat-free cheddar and found that the amounts in the nutrition calculations seem to be off a little. Sorry, JNK - but it says 2 oz roast beef where I think you meant 2 oz per serving, same is true for the tomato sauce.
