Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I added a tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice and put about 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar free syrup on top and it was magical!
so easy to make. I was shocked. They were pretty tasty tho I think I will use a bit more salt next time. I ate mine with cheese and sandwich meat. YUM!
Used just a sprinkle of salt and thinned it a little more with water. Had folded over half a banana with a tsp on honey drizzled on top. Yummo. Its like desert for breakfast.
I have made this before. My mom and I both like to very lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar and spoon fat free strawberry yogurt in the middle, then roll em up. It's like a healthy desert breakfast!
Nice! It makes the right amount for a snack or dessert for two! Although a bit salty, I will cut down the salt by half next time.
