Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These are good, and I've made them several times. Because of warm weather I prefer to not fire up the oven in my RV so decided to try them in my electric skillet, if needed you can spray the electric skill with a non-stick spray that doesn't add calories.
These were really great, my whole family LOVED them! I will definitely make these again! The only thing I`d do different next time is maybe only use 1 tsp of salt and then add after cooking if needed.
