Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very tasty! I used lime juice rather than lemon juice and i added a table spoon of fat free yogurt to make it a bit more creamy. I deleted the jalapenos but added a dash of louisiana hot sauce. Yum!
Very easy to make, just put all the ingredients in the food processor. It was fun to try a different flavored hummus (I usually just make the traditional version), and since I like cilantro, this was a nice variation. The rest of the family liked it too. Low fat, high fiber too.
