Ingredients

Broccoli Florettes (from two heads of broccoli)
1/2 Medium Red Onion, Cubed Large
8-9 Baby Bella Mushrooms, halfed or quartered (depending on size)
Garlic Salt, to taste
1 Lemon, squeezed
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Separate broccoli into florettes. Chop red onion into large cubed pieces. Wash and cut mushrooms either in half or in quarters (to make the sizes uniform for even cooking).
Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray liberally with cooking spray. Toss veggies into baking sheet evenly. Spray veggies with cooking spray and sprinkle garlic salt. Bake for 25 minutes at 375.
Squeeze lemon juice over broccoli florettes and serve immediately.
