1/2 4lb. bag of red potatoes
1 cup regular mayo
1 cup decide hardboiled eggs
Dash of black pepper for taste.

Directions
Cut up potatos into quarts and place in a pan of boiling water. Boil for about 30 minutes.
Drain and cool the potatoes.
Mix in a bowl the mayo, cooked potatoes and hardboiled egg.
Add pepper as you like it.
