Introduction

Ingredients

    1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
    1 can Artichoke hearts
    1 package of bow tie pasta (or any other favorite)
    1 (15 oz) container of part skim ricotta cheese
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 jar of marinara sauce
    .5 cup of grated parm. cheese
    (optional red peppers cut into bite sized pieces)

Directions

First combine spinach, artichokes, ricotta and mozzarella (red pepper option) in a large bowl mix well.

Meanwhile in a large pot bring pasta to a boil. Add pasta and cook half of required time (about 6 min)
In the large bowl add pasta to spinach and cheese mixture.

Preheat oven to 425. Place into a baking dish about 9x13 and add sauce over top. Sprinkle pram. cheese on top and bake for 25 min.
