Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    small head cabbage
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 lg onions
    fresh or frozen broccoli
    fresh or frozen cauliflower
    4 garlic cloves minced (or minced in jar)
    italian seasoning
    celery seed
    lg can tomato juice
    ground turkey
    (Ground beef may be added if desired)
    (Frozen veggies may be used in place of fresh)

Directions

Cut up all veggies and put into large pot with tomato juice ,water and spices. Saute ground turkey, garlic and onion in skillet with 1 to 2 tblsp olive oil (you may use ground beef in place of turkey if you wish). Bring veggies and juice to boil, add meat mixture, lower heat and simmer until veggies tender. Leftovers may be frozen for later meals if desired.
