Ingredients

    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup grape nuts cereal
    2 cups All Bran cereal
    2 cups skim milk
    1/4-1/2 cup flax seed
    1 cup craisens or raisens
    1/2 cup pecans
    1 can pumpkin
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
    2 egg whites
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 1/2 cup wheat flour
    3 heaping teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

Mix oil and honey. Add egg whites and beat. Add boiling water to grape nuts and let sit. Add milk, cereal, Grapenuts, and pumpkin. Mix well.
All other ingredients. Mix till moist.

Bake 400 for 17 minutes.
