    1cup egg beaters
    1TBS vanilla
    1TBS pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 cup brown sugar or slenda brown sugar sub for less cals and no sugar


mix, bake, cut into 6 (huge) pieces or 12 small for either 226 cals or 113 cals.
