Ingredients

    one bunch green onions
    one sweet bell pepper-diced
    one or two red tomatoes-diced
    two stalks celery-diced
    one clove garlic-finely minced
    one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    one teaspoon dried basil

Directions

combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Makes approximately 4 servings. Great with grilled chicken, beef or pork!
