Ingredients

    6 Egg Whites
    2 Eggs, Whole
    8 Cherry Tomatoes
    1 C. of Chopped Fresh Spinach
    1/5 C. of Milk
    2 T. of Onions
    2 T. of Green Peppers
    1/2 C. of Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 T. of Real Bacon Bits


Tips

This recipe can be easily modified to your taste.
Don't use cupcake holders/paper. Egg sticks to them.
Easy to reheat left over quiche...20 - 30 seconds for two.


Directions

Whisk egg whites and eggs together. Dice all vegetables. Mix egg, cheese and bacon togther. Spray cupcake pan with cookings spray. Pour equal amounts into 10 of the cupcake places. Spoon vegetable mix into the 10 places. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Make 10 individual quiche
