This soup is very satisfying and taste like you are eating something fattening but it is extremely low in calories and fat! Reminds you of a fancy potato soup you would find in a finer restaurant. The consistency is sort of like oats, but with the chopped celery, onions, turkey bacon. carrots it has a unique texture. The flavor is extremely good! Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)
    Sawsons flavor burst packet chicken flavor, 1 serving
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Baby carrots 5, 1 serving
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 3 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Hidden Valley Ranch fat free salad dressing 2 tbs., 1 serving
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, .50 tsp
    parsley dry 1 tsp, 1 serving
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 1 serving
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Sour Cream fat free Publix 2 tbs, 1 serving

Tips

Stir the turkey bacon and vegetables often to be certain they do not stick.


Directions

In large pot add all the water, set to high. remove green leaves from cauliflower and discard. Cut up the white cauliflower into 2 inch pieces and put in the boiling water for 25 minutes.Cut up the baby carrots and add to water also. Cut up turkey bacon, onions, celery and put in medium saucepan that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray and one teaspoon of olive oil added. Cook this till tender about 20 minutes on medium then low, stir often. Add the packet of Sawsons Flavor Burst chicken flavor to the cauliflower pot along with all the spices and Hidden Valley Fat free Ranch dressing and fat free sour cream. With Mixer puree all the cauliflower with the liquid it is in.Spray in the I can't believe its not butter spray. Now add the ingredients from the skillet.
