Ingredients

    1# extra lean (93/7) ground turkey
    1-15.25 oz can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    1-15 .25 oz can whole kernal corn, drained
    1-15 oz can white beans, drained & rinsed
    1-15oz can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
    1-14.5 oz can stewed or diced tomatoes w/liguid
    2-8 oz cans tomato sauce
    2 cups water
    1 diced large onion
    1-7 oz can green chilis (optional)
    1 envelope chili seasonings

Directions

Spray dutch oven with Pam, brown turkey until no longer pink. Rinse & drain. Re-spray pan and add diced onion, cook until translucent. Put turkey back in pot and add remaining ingrediants. Stir until thoroughly mixed then cover and simmer on low-medium low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve with grated low fat cheese, fat free sour cream, additional diced onions corn bread & salad.

    Delicious but I think it is on the wrong wesite since it is defnitely NOT low fat or reduced calorie - 8/18/08
