Introduction

This is a great way to prepare for future meals when serving only one or two people. Also great for party barbeques. This is a great way to prepare for future meals when serving only one or two people. Also great for party barbeques.

Ingredients

    40 oz 90% lean Ground Bison
    2 eggs
    2 cups dry oatmeal
    4 Tbls Ketcup or tomato paste
    2 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
    10 twists freshly ground pepper
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 stalk finely chopped celery
    garlic powder optional

Tips

You may wish to use food processor to pulverize onion and celery before adding it.
For italian style meat loaf, delete Worcestershire sauce and add chopped bellpepper, garlic, 2 Tbls. oregano, 1 tsp. basil, 2 tsps. thyme.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl with hands and form into patties. Freeze with wax paper dividers in freezer bags or vacume packs. Or... spray loaf pan and cook at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 16 burgers or 2 meat loaves
