Ingredients

    0.5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    2.0 cup, chopped Kale
    1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips
    0.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    2.0 tbsp Almond Accents Original Oven Roasted Sliced Almonds
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.75 cup Olive Oil
    4.0 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
    2.0 tbsp Parsley
    1.0 clove Garlic

Directions

Shred, chop, strip, Julien, sliver your veggies. Make vinaigrette, pour over cabbage mixture and mix. Chill for 30 minutes. Can store up to 5 days
