Ingredients

Combine liquids:
2c skim milk
2Tbsp vinegar
1c apple sauce
Combine dry ingredients separately:
1c white flour
1c whole wheat flour
1c rolled oats
0.5c wheat germ
0.5c soy flour
0.33c sugar (or other sweetener)
1tsp salt
2tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened. Pour into 9x13 cake pan or jelly roll pan. Bake 13-15 minutes.
