Ingredients

    1 cup mayonaise
    1/4 cup erythritol or Swerve
    2 tbsp white vinegar
    1/4 tsp celery seed
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 medium cabbage, finely shredded (about 1 pound)
    1 medium carrot, shredded

Tips

To get net carbs, deduct and additional 6 grams erythritol (sugar alcohol).


Directions

Mix first six ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in
the cabbage and carrot, stirring to coat well.
Chill several hours before serving.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 cups total / eight 1/2 cup servings
