Ingredients

    Carrots
    Bok Choy
    Waterchestnuts
    Broccoli
    Brown Rice
    Mushrooms
    Squash
    Onion
    Garlic
    Sesame Oil
    Olive Oil
    Soy Sauce
    Snow Pease

Directions

Makes 6 1.5 cup servings
*Cook rice ahead of time. Cut veggies ahead of time and keep ingredients moving in pan.
1. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium high
2. Add onions, garlic and carrots cook until onion is soft
3. Add broccoli, waterchestnuts and snow peas cook until tender
4. Add squash, rice and mushrooms cook until tender and hot.
5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
