Introduction

This is a yummy recipe and a nice side dish for some bbq meat! This is a yummy recipe and a nice side dish for some bbq meat!

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 2 large
    Promise, Promise Ultra, tub, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
    Fage 0% Greek Yogurt, .125 cup
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
    Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle, 2 tsp or to taste

Directions

Bake two potatoes. Cut in half and scoop out the outside. Leave the oven on. Add the scooped out inside to the a bowl, as well as the margarine, yogurt, and spices (hold the chives). Mix together and divide mixture into the potato shells. top with fresh chives. Re-bake for 5 minutes or as long as desired. Let cool. Serve
