Ingredients

1.33 cup Milk, 1%
5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.0 dash Pepper, black
1.0 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 cup Spinach, frozen
1.5 tsp Baking Soda
3.0 serving Armour Brown and Serve Original Sausage (3 links)
0.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cook the sausage links then cut up or use ground sausage .5 pound
Sautee onions and peppers until soft. Add back in sausage and add spinach. Heat until spinach is thawed. Set aside. Whisk eggs and milk and stir in seasonings, flour, and baking soda.
Stir in cooked items. Use two 8 inch pie pans spray with cooking spray. Pour half of mixture in both pans. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook 20 minutes or until center is solid. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
