    500 gr albacore tuna, weighed after draining
    250 kidney beans, after draining
    265 gr chick peas, after draining
    1 chopped red onion
    285 gr canned sweet corn, after draining
    110 gr canned French beans, after draining
    2 med chopped carrots
    20 gr drained and rinsed capers

Directions

Makes 12 1 cup servings servings, add calories for dressing, pasta, lettuce, this is just the base.

Open all cans, drain, chunk up tuna, pour in big bowl, mix.
