Ingredients

    1/2 cup instant coffee crystals, decaf
    2/3 cup sugar substitute (like Splenda)
    1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 cup instant sugar free butterscotch pudding mix

Directions

Measure all of the ingredients into a medium bowl. Mix well using a wire whisk. Transfer the mixture to a jar with a screw top lid or other resealable lid. Store in a cool, dry place. To use mix: Place 2 teaspoons of dry Cafe Vienna Mix into a coffee cup. Add about 3/4 cup hot water. Stir well to blend and serve.

    Thanks for a great recipe! I used 1/4 cup Domino light sugar/stevia blend and a light creamer, came out to 23 calories per Tbsp serving, got 20 Tablespoons after mixing in blender. Made a batch for my husband with regular sugar & pudding mix (48 calories per Tbsp) We both LOVE IT! Next time: mocha! - 3/23/12
