Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup cornmeal
    3 TBSP Slenda
    1 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    2 eggs, beaten

Directions

Makes 8 big servings in 8 x 8 Pammed pan.

Pam your square pan or pie plate. Oven to 400.

Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
Stir in yogurt and eggs, add jalapenos if you like.
Pour into pan.
Bake approx 20 minutes.
Best warm, can be rehaeted in microwave.
Put a slice of ham in leftovers and use in place of a sandwich.
